Spent New Year's at an enchanted historic location. the cozy apartment with antique furniture and a big fireplace gave us literally the feeling of home. It was very spacious with a stunning view from the windows of the beautiful countryside. the guided tour was very informative and the hostess was super friendly. the restaurant food was superb and felt like fine dining, which was amazing for its reasonable prices.
The storm temporarily disrupted the internet and only cash payments were accepted due to the situation, which was mildly inconvenient. beware that the town is very small, which may not suit those looking for lots to do.

We recently enjoyed a romantic escape to a magical old place in the middle of nowhere. The vintage room with a fireplace was so old and special, it really added to the experience! The gardens were immaculate and offered a beautiful outlook. The best aspects were the owners, who were wonderfully friendly and inviting. They even gave us a tour of the historical aspects of the place and knew its whole history.
The bathroom was a bit small, but it was still manageable. , the WiFi was erratic at times, which made it hard to plan our days out and keep in touch with family back home.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming hotel in a village. The hotel itself is not your typical hotel but a collection of converted old buildings, which added to its quirky and unique charm. I was delighted to find that the prices were very reasonable, especially given the attention to detail in the rooms. My room had a mezzanine with a beautiful fireplace, and some rooms even had balconies with stunning views. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Another highlight was the breakfast, which had a good variety of options to choose from. I also appreciated the hotel's remote and peaceful location, surrounded by a dry garden that still had its own special charm, and in close proximity to an old castle and the Bolsena lake. this hotel delivered great value for money and provided a unique and relaxing experience.
No improvements needed.
